Return & Store Policies – Naturally Wood Furniture & Mattress

At Naturally Wood Furniture & Mattress, we want you to love every piece you bring home. We go the extra mile to provide detailed information to help you make the best decision. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’re here to assist you before, during, and after your purchase.

🛋️ In-Store Purchase Return Policy

  • You may return your furniture purchase within 48 hours of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours may be considered with management approval and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus applicable pickup fees.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit at management’s discretion.

📝 Special Order & Clearance Policy

  • Special Orders:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase.

    • Special orders cannot be canceled once the item is in production or has been shipped.

    • All sales on special orders are final and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

  • Clearance & As-Is Items:

    • All clearance items marked with a “pink tag” are sold as-is and are final sales.

    • Clearance and as-is items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or warranty services.

    • While structural damages to clearance items will be repaired, cosmetic flaws (such as tears, snags, or minor imperfections) are considered part of the reason for the item’s discounted price.

    • Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect clearance items before purchasing.

📐 Fitment & Delivery Policy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) purchased will fit in the desired space and can be safely delivered through doorways, hallways, and stairways.

  • If you need assistance with dimensions or want a Naturally Wood team member to measure for you, please call us at 219-872-6501.

  • Items that do not fit upon delivery:

    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to returned items that cannot be delivered due to size or fit issues.

    • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

    • Additional pickup fees will apply, if necessary.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

  • We take great care to ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace it.

  • Please contact us immediately at 219-872-6501 to report any issues and speak with a customer service representative.

💳 Layaway Policy

  • Layaways require a 50% deposit and are considered final sales.

  • Layaways can be held for up to 90 days. Any layaway exceeding 30 days will incur a 2% monthly storage fee or a minimum of $10 per month.

  • If a layaway is not paid in full by the 90th day, the item(s) will be returned to stock and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

  • Clearance Layaways:

    • Clearance layaway items are valid for 30 days only and require a 50% deposit.

🛡️ Warranty Claim Policy

  • All GBS warranty claims must include:

    1. Original Invoice

    2. Warranty Paperwork

  • Without these documents, we cannot process warranty claims. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all necessary paperwork.

  • Information Collection: You can browse our website without providing any personal information. However, if you submit a form on our site, we may collect data such as your name and email address.

  • Third-Party Privacy: Naturally Wood does not share your personal information with third parties. Clicking external links on our site does not transfer your data to other websites.
