How do I pay with store credit?

Store credit can only be redeemed in store at this time. Your physical receipt of store credit is treated as cash and needed at the time of redemption. 

Can I pay my financing bill at the store?

All financing payments must be done online through your own login with Synchrony Bank. 

How do I make layaway payments

Layaway payments can be taken in store, over the phone or through text at this time. 

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)

You bet! We are more than happy to take payment after your furniture is delivered in your home. We can accept cash, check, or credit card payments through text or phone. 

How long are store credits good for?

At Naturally Wood store credits NEVER expire! However, you must have your receipt of your store credit in order to redeem it.
