Naturally Wood Furniture is pleased to provide in home delivery and setup for our customers. Customers are not obligated to use the delivery services provided by Naturally Wood Furniture and may pick up their items as well. We do not outsource our deliver service. Every delivery/warehouse employee is trained to properly handle, load and install all of our furniture in your home safely without you having to lift a finger. 

 

Delivery Rates: Please call us at (219) 872-6501 for the current delivery rates in your area. 

 

WILL IT FIT?It is your responsibility to ensure that all items will fit in the designated areas of your home. If your home has narrow doorways, staircase turns or low ceilings, you should measure these locations to ensure proper fit. It is important that your room is empty and the space is available to receive your new furnishings. If your furniture is unable to be fitted in the desired location, you will receive an in-store credit for the cost of the furniture (delivery fees are not eligible for the in-store credit). 

 

INSPECTION: Each piece that we delivery is thoroughly inspected before loading on our truck. In the event that we find an issue with an item before delivery, we will notify you before delivery.

 

DELIVERIES: If you need to change your delivery date, please do so at your earliest convenience. This helps ensure that we can reschedule you during a time that works for you.  Please call Customer Service at 219-872-6501.

We deliver Monday through Saturday

We have 3 delivery windows which are 10-12, 12-3 and 3-6. 

We will make every attempt to complete your delivery within this time frame. 

Due to delays on the road, there may be occasions when we are unable to meet this time frame. Should this happen, you will be notified of the delay and given a revised delivery window that works with your schedule. For your convenience, we can contact you in advance to allow you to meet the drivers at your home. 

Chicago deliveries and other deliveries out of our delivery zones may be worked out with your salesperson and the delivery manager. 

 

CORRECTION OF DELIVERY DAMAGES: Our Quality Assurance Program strives to ensure that your merchandise is in factory condition. Please inspect the merchandise with your delivery team and note any concerns. Our delivery team will immediately notify Customer Service of your concerns and your salesperson will assist you with any issues.

 

Haul Away: Your existing items that you want to get rid of may be hauled away for an extra charge by our delivery team.
